8.2. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Product information displayed on the Platform is accurate. However, Product information may be updated, corrected, modified, or withdrawn at any time.

8.3. Product images are for visual reference. Actual Products may vary due to handcrafting, natural materials, artisanal processes, finishes, production batches, lighting, screen settings, scale, texture, grain, weave, colour, pattern placement, and other inherent characteristics.

8.4. Such variations are not defects where they are consistent with the nature of handcrafted, handmade, hand-finished, natural, or batch-produced Products.

9.5. We may refuse, reject, cancel, or modify any enquiry or order at our discretion, including due to Product unavailability, pricing errors, production constraints, logistics restrictions, payment issues, suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions, or any other business, legal, or operational reason.

11.9. Any payment gateway, bank, card network, wallet, UPI provider, or other payment service provider may have its own terms, charges, delays, limitations, or failures. Folk Objects is not responsible for such third-party payment service provider issues except to the extent required under Applicable Laws.

13.4. All returned Products are subject to inspection. We may reject a return, exchange, or refund if the Product does not meet the applicable conditions.

13.5. Refunds, where approved, shall be processed within a reasonable time to the original payment method or through another method determined by Folk Objects, subject to deductions, payment gateway timelines, banking delays, and Applicable Laws.

13.6. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under Applicable Laws.
